Our quality process

1. Raw material control — wire rod from named steel mills; mill certificates kept on file.
2. First-article inspection — samples measured and confirmed before mass production.
3. In-process checks — thread gauging, hardness sampling, plating thickness during production.
4. Final pre-shipment inspection — dimensional report + appearance check, photos sent to buyer.

Documents we provide

• EN 10204 3.1 material certificates
• Dimensional inspection reports
• Thread gauge reports for non-standard threads
• Plating thickness & salt-spray reports on request

Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) welcome at buyer’s cost.
